A fixed price before we start
We don't publish flat rates that collapse on site. Instead: a binding fixed price before work begins — and here are the factors it is built from.
Most trouble with service companies starts at the invoice, not at the work. So our rule is simple: you know the price before work begins — and that price holds.
If it turns out on site that more is needed than agreed, we stop and clear the extra effort with you first. Anything done without your approval is not billed.
What the price is built from
- Labour — the largest item, driven by scope and accessibility
- Materials — at purchase price plus a customary margin, itemised in the quote
- Travel — included in the fixed price, never a surprise item
- Timing — planned appointments cost less than short-notice jobs
- For property managers: framework rates by portfolio size
Household trade services are partially tax-deductible in Germany — our invoices show the labour share separately so you can claim it.
