How WohnWork Services started
Living Space Solutions GmbH runs more than 200 furnished apartments in Berlin. Every week there are repairs, apartment handovers, cleaning and small refits to do – on fixed dates, because the next guest or tenant can’t wait.
To manage that reliably we built our own team and fixed routines: handover checklists, photo documentation, a portal in which every job can be followed. Under the name WohnWork Services we now offer exactly this work to tenants, owners and property managers across Berlin.
What we stand for
We do the work ourselves. We are not a platform and we don’t sell your enquiry to other companies. If a job belongs with a specialist firm, we tell you openly.
The price is fixed in advance. You get a written fixed price including travel within Berlin; extra work only with your approval. The invoice shows the labour share separately so you can claim it on your tax return.
You always know where things stand. In the customer portal you see the status of your job, photos, documents and invoices – in English or German.
