One office, one fixed price – for all of Berlin

Berlin’s districts differ less in what breaks than in how their buildings are built: pre-war Gründerzeit blocks with timber-beam ceilings and old wiring, 1920s and 1950s housing estates, prefab panel buildings on district heating, family homes with gardens. That decides which tools and experience a job needs – and how we prepare for it.

The district makes no difference to the price: travel within Berlin is included in the fixed price.

  • Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

This is where our office is: Landhausstraße 31 in Wilmersdorf. Around Kurfürstendamm you’ll find large Altbau flats with high ceilings and stucco, post-war infill between them, and villas in Grunewald and Westend. Typical jobs are Altbau decorating, wiring from several decades and radiators on the flat’s gas boiler.

  • Tempelhof-Schöneberg

Our neighbouring borough starts a few minutes’ walk from the office. Friedenau and Schöneberg are mostly Altbau, often with rear wings and no lift; south of the Ringbahn come the estates and terraced houses of Tempelhof and Mariendorf. Painting, plumbing and moves are the usual requests, with travel in the fixed price.

  • Steglitz-Zehlendorf

Detached houses with gardens and cellars define Dahlem, Lichterfelde, Zehlendorf and Wannsee; rented flats cluster around Schloßstraße. Wiring in houses modernised several times over, plumbing and caretaking are what this stock tends to need. Bundesallee leads straight from our Wilmersdorf office to Steglitz, and travel is included.

  • Mitte

Restored Gründerzeit in the Spandauer Vorstadt, East German prefab on Leipziger Straße, tenement Altbau in Moabit and Wedding, post-war modernism in the Hansaviertel – Mitte has almost every Berlin building era. Jobs vary just as much, from concrete walls to gas boilers. We come from Wilmersdorf, and travel isn’t billed separately.

  • Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg

Front building, side wing, courtyard – that’s most flats in the Bergmannkiez or around Boxhagener Platz, plus the 1950s blocks on Karl-Marx-Allee. A lot of the work is about moving in and out: painting, final cleaning, furniture up stairwells with no lift. Our staff drive over from Wilmersdorf, at a fixed price that includes travel.

  • Neukölln

Dense Altbau with courtyards in the north; in the south, the Hufeisensiedlung in Britz, the Gropiusstadt towers and terraced houses in Buckow and Rudow. Expect decorating between tenancies, plumbing in old pipes and wiring in owner-modernised houses. We serve Neukölln from our Wilmersdorf office too, with no travel charge.

  • Pankow

Prenzlauer Berg was largely renovated after 1990, and valves, taps and gas boilers from that era are often due now. Weißensee mixes Altbau and post-war blocks, while Pankow and Niederschönhausen have many family houses. It’s a longer trip from our Wilmersdorf office, but travel is still part of the fixed price.

  • Spandau

Spandau combines a historic old town, large post-war estates such as those in Haselhorst and Staaken, and family houses in Kladow on the Havel. In estate flats it’s mostly bathrooms, kitchens and furniture assembly; in the houses, electrics and plumbing. We head west from Wilmersdorf, and travel is part of the fixed price.

  • Reinickendorf

Between the garden suburb of Frohnau with its villas, post-war housing in Wittenau and older buildings around Tegel, Reinickendorf is a real mix. Many houses have their own heating, cellar and garden, so electrics, plumbing and caretaking come up often. Our office is in Wilmersdorf, and the drive north costs you nothing extra.

  • Lichtenberg

Lichtenberg runs from the prefab estates of Hohenschönhausen to the villa streets of Karlshorst and the new builds along Rummelsburg’s waterfront. Concrete walls, central heating and older houses with piecemeal services sit side by side. We plan each job around the building type and drive over from Wilmersdorf, with travel included.

  • Marzahn-Hellersdorf

The big prefab estates of Marzahn and Hellersdorf have concrete walls, district heating and usually a lift, which makes painting, kitchen and furniture assembly easy to plan. Biesdorf, Kaulsdorf and Mahlsdorf, by contrast, are full of family houses with their own, often older services. It’s one of our longest trips from Wilmersdorf; travel stays in the fixed price.

  • Treptow-Köpenick

Berlin’s largest borough by area: Altbau in Alt-Treptow, Köpenick’s historic old town, new builds in Adlershof and plenty of waterside houses in Friedrichshagen and along the Dahme. Houses with gardens often add outdoor jobs to the electrics and plumbing. Given the distances we like to bundle appointments; travel from Wilmersdorf is included.
